No photographs or examples of our work are to be copied, saved, sold, downloaded or distributed in any manner, whether it is for personal or business means, without first seeking and being granted authorisation by Image culture.

2. All information on this website is to the best of our knowledge correct. However we reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and other content should an error, omission or inaccuracy have occurred, without prior notice. Should this happen we will notify the concerned customers and seek their approval with regards to the changed details. Customers have the right to cancel their order under these circumstances. If payment has been taken, a refund will be given if an incorrect price has been charged; subsequently the order will be cancelled.

For all orders relating to our image enhancement service, all customers agree that they own the copyright to the said photograph and have the approval of all people recognisable in the photograph to have the image enhancements carried out. Image Culture will not be held liable where a person has consented to our terms and conditions, and then subsequently a claim arises.

4. For all orders relating to our image enhancement service, all photographs will be scanned and the manipulations carried out to the copy. Therefore there will be no circumstances upon which the original photograph to be enhanced will be altered.

5. Image Culture reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, and guarantee to return any monies paid in full.
