Do you use digital or film cameras for your photography?

We use professional digital SLR cameras for all of our photography work.

What style of wedding photography do you offer?

We offer traditional and reportage photography, or a mixture of the two. It is entirely up to our customers to decide which they would prefer.

Are we able to obtain the digital negatives from image culture to enable us to print off the photographs ourselves?

Yes, we will allow customers to obtain the digital negatives. However Image Culture will hold the copyright to the photographs.

How do we view the photographs taken?

Your photographs will be available for viewing via this website. When your photographs are ready for viewing, we will send you a username and password that you can use to login to our website. You will then be able to see our work, and choose which photographs you would like printing and/or enhancing.

Can you provide a separate client login for my family and friends to view our photographs?

Yes, we will provide a separate login for viewing photographs and ordering prints for your family and friends.

Image enhancement

How much do you charge for your image enhancement services?

Our charge depends upon the work required to be undertaken. When we receive your photograph we will contact you and advise what changes can be made and how much they will cost.

At what resolution should I scan my photograph?

We suggest a minimum of 300dpi scan for photographs.

I don’t have access to a scanner, how can you I have my photograph enhanced?

We will scan your photograph for you if you post it to us. Please email us to enquire about this service.

Web design

I already have a website, but it needs updating, what can you do?

We can redesign your website for you and replace you existing site with the new one.

I wish to purchase a new domain name, but still keep my existing domain name. Can both domains names direct visitors to one website?

Yes, we can direct visitors to your new domain name to your existing website address.

If I have an e-commerce website built how do I add products to my site?

Our software engineers will build you an interface which will enable you to manage your website without having to know any programming code. The process of adding products to your site will be simple.

How do I get listed on search engines?

We offer search engine optimisation (SEO) services. We will ensure that your website is submitted and listed on all major search engines.
